FAQ about this Money Counting Machine

1. How many currencies does it support?

The bill counter was installed with 13 different currencies. You can find us to change currency set or update for new version bills, which is FOC.

2. What is the difference between one CIS machine(N30)and two CIS machine(N70)?

N70 supports more currencies; N70 can read serial number of banknotes.

N70 has more counterfeit detection sensors so the detection ability is stronger.

3. How to upgrade software?

Please find us to get the software first and use the USB flash disk supplied with the machine to do upgrading.

4. Why my money counter suddenly shows many error messages？

The most possible reason is the machine’s sensor is dirty, please open the passage and use the brush or cloth to clean the upper and down sensors, or blow the dust.

5. Do you have a software to upload the counting data to PC?
