Intergalactic Buzz Lightyear is an approximately 11.75" action figure from Pixar the Disney movie Toy Story

This is a 1995 or 1996 Rare retired silver chrome edition by Thinkway toys

Intergalactic Buzz Lightyear Ultimate Action Figure. For intergalactic travel. For protection from the sun's radiation, he is outfitted in black and silver chrome.

Features that do not work in this figure.

• Light-up arm communicator with light & sound does not work.
• Light-up inner helmet does not work
• Pop-out wings ( does not Work due to broken parts inside because of a factory defect) 
• Laser Button do not work.
• Talking Figure Chest buttons for voice sampler DOES NOT WORK.

Notes to consider about this item: 

READ Carefully We try to be as specific as possible because some buyers do not understand what a 27 years old vintage item is. Condition: used and it does not respond, nor it works and does not play phrases when pressing the buttons. box.

We have tested it with new batteries and it does not work. So we removed the batteries because they are useless with this toy that has an electronics malfunction.

• No refunds or returns are accepted due to non working toy.

One of the battery compartment screws is not available and the compartment is deformed.

The helmet has a broken piece and it has been superglued.

The head might be detached if forced and pulled from the helmet and it is hard to put back without opening the helmet and the neck screws to reattach the head back.

International Shipping & Customs: 

• Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
• Customs: Items may be subject to customs processing depending on the item's declared value. Sellers set the item's declared value and must comply with customs declaration laws.

• We will not declare any package as a "Gift" and we will declare the exact selling price on the customs documents as required by law. • When a buyer refuse to accept or receive their shipment because they do not want to pay import duties & taxes of their country the item will be sent back to us and we (The Sellers) will be charged for the return. The shipping return fees should be covered by the buyer, either by sending us this payment through paypal or if the item's value has enough to cover these return fees then we will deducted these return fees from the item’s price before issuing a refund.  Also note that the original shipping to the buyer fees will not be refunded. • Taxes: We as International sellers in Kuwait do not charge any Taxes and do not receive any taxes from buyers. To this day we do not have Tax or Vat in Kuwait. When you get charged Taxes it is because eBay takes it and gives it to your government directly and we (The seller) do not collect it. When the seller refunds the buyer, eBay will credit the buyers these Taxes since the Seller did not collect it in the first place.
• The seller is not responsible for the service transit time. Shipping times may vary, specially during peak periods.
