This item is a vintage hard plastic children's cup or mug. It is off-white or light yellow with a cartoon of a brown puppy wearing a blue & white scarf. On one side is ''BOW WOW''. On the bottom this is identified as Deka Elizabeth, N.J. 8 269 MADE IN U.S.A. This is about 3 5/8'' tall and 3'' in diameter at the rim.  Good vintage condition, with wear.
