Steering column cover.  All retaining clips are on the part and in good condition.  The rubber flap between the bezel and steering column is intact and supple.  Pictures are of the part you will receive.  This part fits on 1997-2003 and 2004 Heritage F-150, 1997-2002 Expedition, and 1998-2002 Lincoln Navigator.  Color is medium parchment.  Part is used and may have slight imperfections.  Confirm that this part is compatible for your application before placing your order.
