RETURN

Wanting to be sure of your complete satisfaction, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the unused item to us within 30 working days from the delivery date. Before proceeding with the return of the goods, we ask you to carefully check that the following conditions are met.

The returned item:

- it must be returned only after making a return request.

- must be returned within 5 working days from the date of acceptance of the return.

- it must never have been used, must not be damaged or dirty.

- it must be returned in its original case and packaging, with instruction booklet and certificates.

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items. All returned goods are carefully checked and, if the conditions of the goods are deemed different from the original ones in which the item was shipped, the return will not be accepted. Guglielmino Gioielli will not exchange products before having received the returned goods back. Guglielmino will not proceed with the refund for returns that do not comply with all the conditions indicated above.
