Wanting to be sure of your complete satisfaction, if for any reason you do not be happy with your purchase, you can return the item not used within 30 working days from the delivery date. Before proceeding with the postponement of the goods, we ask you to carefully check that the following conditions are respected.

The returned article:

- must be returned only after requesting return.

- must be sent back within 5 working days from the date of acceptance of the return.

- It should never have been used, it should not be damaged, nor dirty.

- It must be returned to the original custody and packaging, with instruction booklet and certificates.

On all items rendered a 10% tax will be applied for re-imagination. All the goods made is carefully controlled and, if the conditions of the asset will be considered different from the original ones in which the article had been sent, the return will not be accepted. Guglielmino Gioielli will not make exchanges of products before having received the made goods behind. Guglielmino will not proceed with the reimbursement for the return that will not respect all the conditions indicated above.
