If your address is considered remote by carrier e.g Camps, Cabins, buyer may be responsible for additional carrier charge. Buyer is responsible to making sure that buyer contact information (address and phone number) is up-to-date before purchase. FREIGHT cannot be delivered without a valid phone number.

In event of incorrect delivery address and item is delivered to address other than the original address on invoice, buyer will be responsible for carrier address change fee. If item is returned undelivered or refused, buyer may be charged return shipping plus $200 refusal fee.

Shipping charges incurred by us will not be refunded regardless if we charged you shipping or not. Returned item and packaging must be in its original condition.

Fully inspect item before installation/use. Installed/used items cannot be returned. No return if factory seal/tab is opened/broken/removed. Buyer will be responsible for return shipment charges.
