Made for the 49cc, 139QMB engine with EGR/PAIR system, this kit comes with a Cylinder, Piston, rings, pin and clips, and a Head with larger valves (Intake Valve Diameter 23mm / Exhaust Valve Diameter 20mm). It also includes the HP Cam A9 and all the necessary gaskets.
With Pitmoto's Big Bore Kit - 50mm/100cc, you can expect an upgrade in performance and speed.
Please note that this kit is not recommended for inexperienced installers and should be installed by an experienced scooter or motorcycle mechanic. The valves will require adjusting, and the timing must be set correctly. Failure to correctly set the timing can result in catastrophic engine damage.
This kit has an EGR / PAIR pulse breather hole built into the exhaust flow port. It's designed to control emissions by lowering HC and CO emissions.
