Get Started Quickly Even If You Never Sharpen Any Knife!!
How To Use
- Soak the stone into the water for 10-15 minute, put it on the bamboo base with silicone holder on a flat surface
- Clip the angle guide on the knife at an angle of 10~30°
- Use 400 Grit side for rough grinding dull knives
- Use 1000 Grit side for sharpening dull knives. This process takes about 10 minutes
- Use 3000 Grit side for fine sharpening. This process takes about 15 minutes
- Use 8000 Grit side for final polishing and refine your knife edge. This process takes about 10 minutes.
- Use flattening Stone to keep your water stones flat. The white one works on 400/1000 whetstone, while the black one works on 3000/8000 whetstone
- Keep some water on the whetstone to stay wet
- After honing, clean the knife with wet cloth or water, then dry it
- Use a soft brush to clean the stone, then put it in a ventilated place to dry
