  • Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday will be dispatched on the same working day. Any orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be dispatched on the following working Monday

  • We offer Free postage via Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery and advise to allow 3-5 working days from date of dispatch for delivery.
  • If you require faster delivery, please, select Royal Mail 1st Class and allow up to 2 working days from date of dispatch for delivery

RETURNS

  • If you are unhappy with our product we accept returns within 30days. Items are accepted in the same condition as they were dispatched AND BUYER PAYS FOR RETURN
  • Return Request should be raised within 14 days from date of dispatch

Items not received

Most parcels are received within the specified time on the listing. However, If you do not receive your items within the specified time, please, inform us immediately and check with your local delivery office, as Royal Mail do not always leave a card when they attempt to deliver. We will also check the sorting office from our end and if your parcel is there we will not resend or issue a refund until the parcel is returned back to us. Refunds or replacement for items not received will not be sent out until all investigations are not completed from our end.
