The Ohio Art Co tin lithoid spinning top. Marked on the side. This beautiful spinning top has no significant rust. Missing the stopper on the bottom. Has wear on the base and a few small white paint stains The colors are bright and not faded. Top spins. Approximately 10" tall 28" circumference.
