We take pride in creating high-quality personalised mugs. Due to their custom nature, our return policy is as follows:

1. Returns & Refunds

• Non-Faulty Items: As these are custom-made, returns and refunds are not accepted unless there is a defect or an error on our part.
• Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive a mug with a defect or an error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund if necessary.

2. Minor Blemishes & Print Variations

• Personalised mugs are handcrafted, and minor imperfections (e.g., slight colour variations, minor misalignment, or small print inconsistencies) are part of the printing process.
• These do not qualify as defects unless they significantly impact the design or functionality.
• If you are concerned about an issue, please provide photos for review, and we will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

3. Proof of Issue

• To process a refund or replacement, we require clear photos of the issue.
• In some cases, we may request a return. If a return is required, we will provide instructions, and return shipping costs may be covered depending on the situation.

4. Cancellations & Changes

• Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of mock-up approval.
• After this timeframe, changes cannot be guaranteed as production will have begun.

5. Disposal of Faulty Items

• If a refund or replacement is approved without a return, the mug must be disposed of and not used.
• Proof of disposal will be required in all cases.
