Item Description:

French Silver-maker Christofle is an enduring symbol of luxury, elegance and prestige in the art of silver.

This spoon is decorated with super elegant crest depicting French Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Paris (“Basilique du Sacré-Cœur”).

The Sacré-Cœur Basilica is a Roman Catholic church and minor basilica, dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, in Paris, France. A popular landmark, the basilica is located at the summit of the butte Montmartre, the highest point in the city. Sacré-Cœur is a double monument, both political and cultural.

The Sacré-Cœur Basilica was designed by Paul Abadie. Construction began in 1875 and was finished in 1914. It was consecrated after the end of World War I in 1919.

The highly detailed crest gracefully flows into an ornate stem with attractive oval bowl.
