Antique Blue & White Transferware Plate & Pedestal with Chinoiserie Pattern in excellent condition, no chips, cracks, or repairs, however there are manufacturing flaws (look under photograph magnification). No manufacturer stamp (USA requirement since 1930’s) and due to the surface having small grains present and not entirely smooth probably made around late 1800’s to early 1900’s in China.
