From the 1991 Disney movie “The Rocketeer”.  This Rocketeer 6 inch  Bend-Em figure with removable Rocket Pack has never been removed from the card but the left edge of the card has been torn (or nibbled on). Otherwise clean card.

Mint condition figure on Near Mint card.
