The early editions as with this one. Was coated with some substance that wrinkled on its on my own over time.  The book is a 1st edition with fine print reproductions. The pages are clean. The back page appears to be a bit loose but can be easily fixed with tape to prevent it from worsening

Subsequently, beware because this book is extremely graphic in nature and should be viewed by mature individuals. It is indeed the most heartbreaking documentation of unjust treatment against black Americans to date.
