With MRFX1K80 and a 57–60 V / 35 A power supply, output power can reach up to 1500 W.
 
Frequency Range: 1.8–55 MHz
Power Supply Requirements: 48–65 V @ 35 A
Amplifier Class: AB push-pull
Suitable for all operating modes (SSB, CW, AM, FM, Digital).
 
This amplifier incorporates a high-power, low-loss, wideband transmission-line (TLT) transformer, ensuring excellent efficiency across the HF and 6-meter bands.
It also features a temperature-regulated bias circuit for stable operation under varying thermal conditions.
TVS diode installed for enhancing protection against esd ,RF spikes and transient overload conditions.
