This Star Bright Owl Jocelyn clutch was made by kate spade. It is preowned, and has no KS dust bag, tag or care card. However, I am happy to report that it still has its feet. Many of these particular bags tend to lose the feet.

As with any manufactured bag, even new, there may be tiny imperfections and other marks in various places.

Of note, there are some tiny marks here and there.
