It is essential that you check your emails in case we find a problem with your supplied artwork, please ensure we have the correct email address for you. Delays are caused by missed communication.

Instruction to send your artwork by email:
Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation ebay email with containing our email id for you to send us your print ready file. If you do not receive this within 2 hours of ordering please message us and we will send you the email address or you can find it in Business seller information when you click on more information. Always include your ebay username or order number on subject.
File Format: Please supply file as: PDF, JPEG, TIFF, or Photoshop.
Colour: CMYK
Bleed: 3mm all round
Safe Zone: 3mm within the trimmed edge
Image Resolution: 300dpi
Fonts: Please embed/curve all fonts
We check your file for any print problems, however, we do not make amendments or correct spelling errors. We will convert your artwork to print ready files where necessary (including changing RGB colours to CMYK).
If you are unsure how to prepare your artwork please message us and we'll be happy to offer you assistance and advice.
If you are really concerned about your print quality or colours please contact us before purchase, we will advice you the best option. If you have provided the artwork and it's blurry but printable we will print your artwork as it is because this is your responsibility to make sure you provide us good quality file as we can't reduce the quality of your artwork. If you artwork is blurry it will get printed blurry and some colours do change a little if your artwork is RGB because these colours are from screen not for printing.

We are happy to replace all order where we have made errors, as long as they are reported within 5 days after the item has been delivered. We will not accept returns if the item is not in the original packaging or used.
No returns are accepted for this listing unless we are to blame for the error.
