The Ford Bronco 6G Rear Shock Bolt-On Skid Plates box-in and reinforce the factory rear shock brackets.

Ensure that you keep the rocks from smashing the rear shock brackets on your Bronco and provide a glide surface to slide over obstacles all while adding protection for your shocks. Get the added strengths of 3/16" steel plate that easily attaches for custom protection of these vulnerable areas. Long lasting gold zinc finish and made in the USA.

The 3/16" hot rolled steel rear shock skid plates are a bolt on skid that are CAD designed and laser cut for a perfect fit.

The skids will reinforce the factory rear lower shock mount and will help ensure that you keep the rocks off your shocks with the built in approach and departure angles.

Returns

We understand that things happen, but when you receive your shipment from Metalcloak, please inspect it immediately. If it is not the part you ordered, if there is shipping damage or if you decided you don’t like the product, please contact us immediately. Please do not wait 6 months, then contact us deciding that you sold the Jeep and no longer need the product. Or it has been sitting in your garage for a year and now you would like to return it. We are happy to help you sell those products via Craigslist or some other marketplace - just send us a link to the ad and we will share it with our community. All returns or exchanges made within the first 30 days will be accepted, no problem. All others will be scrutinized thoroughly. Products must not have been installed, must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to receive a refund. All non-warranty refunds will be charged a 10% restock fee.

Warranty

All MetalCloak products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one year from the original purchase date. All products produced by MetalCloak are designed exclusively for off road applications and therefore do not have any warranty or guarantee of performance. No warranty or representation is made as to this products ability to protect the user from injury or death. The user assumes that risk. Because of the wide variety of applications of our products, the effectiveness, warranty and longevity of this equipment are directly related to the manner in which it is installed, used and/or maintained. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of these MetalCloak products is with the purchaser. Working on your vehicle can be a dangerous activity. If you are unsure of what you are doing, please leave mechanical or safety critical work to a skilled mechanic. We take no responsibility for how MetalCloak products are installed. This warranty is non-transferable. MetalCloak's obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective parts only; at MetalCloak's discretion. Any costs associated with removal, installation, reinstallation, shipping charges, and incidental or consequential damages are excluded from this warranty. Additional exclusions include product finish, damage due to improperly installed products, damage due to abuse or neglect, products that have unauthorized modifications or alterations, products used in competition, damage due to accidents or other abnormal, excessive or improper use, bushings and other wear items. Should be "Defects in material and workmanship" for MetalCloak 6Pak TM shocks, DuroflexTM Joints and all other suspension components do not include dented cylinders or bent rods caused by impact or abuse. Shock absorbers are considered a wear item; thus diminished dampening resistance is considered normal wear and is therefore not warrantable.
