Each comes loose and the surface may have been roughed up a bit and subject to minor surface scratch due to the case they were stored in or other minor scratch dent or smudge. These are 100% unused, just has some loose powder on the top or minor impurfictions. This listing is only for the tray and does NOT include a compact, brush or box.
