Full size pattern from 1942 to make not only an upside down (topsy turvy or turnabout) doll
but the pattern includes a doll with legs and instructions if you want to make dolls with legs. 
Her clothes pattern is for the Dress, Hat and Shoes for the single dolls.
The topsy turvy doll is about 17 inches high  and the doll with legs about 15 inches high.
Instructions are given for making both dolls.
