IMPORTANT: DO NOT SHIP A CIRCUIT BOARD IN AN ENVELOPE!!! THE BOARD MUST BE SHIPPED TO US IN A
SUITABLY STRONG CARDBOARD BOX PACKED WITH SUITABLE PACKING MATERIALS.
CIRCUIT BOARDS ARE DELICATE. BENDING AND FLEXING IS VERY BAD FOR A
CIRCUIT BOARD. AN ENVELOPE IS NOT SUITABLE PACKAGING FOR THE SHIPPING
OF A CIRCUIT BOARD.
REPAIR POLICY:
THE BOARD MUST BE IN GOOD PHYSICAL CONDITION WITHOUT ANY VISUAL DAMAGE
AND WITHOUT ANY COMPONENTS ON THE BOARD MISSING OR BEING ALTERED.
All items we repair are guaranteed to
be in completed with a 100% working order and not DOA. Warranty will be
voided for any parts damaged due to improper installation, setup or any
other human error. For security, all parts are marked with special
company markings. All defect/warranty claims will be inspected for our
company markings, any parts returned missing these markings will not be
accepted and you will be notified.
WARRANTY:
Warranty is for 90 days. Warranty
does not cover lightning strike, physical damage and failures that are
not related to the original repair. The warranty starts from the date
of departure of our repair center.
A $20 testing fee plus S&H will
be incurred if the module is sent to our facility and is found to be
functional. Payment of these fees are required before the module can be
returned to you.
Customer is responsible for all return S&H costs to our facility for warranty repairs.
COMMON QUESTIONS:
What is the turnaround time for repair? At Ontech Force LLC, we strive to
fulfill your order ASAP. Any item received by Monday-Friday by noon EST
will ship the SAME DAY! only if we find it easy to repair your
defective board. If not, the repair time will take 3-5 to do it. You
will be notified!
What if my symptom is not listed or I have another unlisted issue? We are able to repair most symptoms that are not listed, please message us prior to placing an order
What if I'd like to ship you multiple boards for testing? We charge a non-refundable $19 flat bench fee per module to be tested along with any additional return shipping fees.
Do you work on boards that have been serviced before or are missing parts? No. We do not work on boards that have been serviced before or are missing parts
What happens if you can't fix my board? In most cases we can repair the
defective board. If your board can't be repaired, we will contact with
you and do: 1. A full refund is issued and we keep the board 2. A full refund is issued but a shipping fee is charged to send the board back If the module has an unusual failure
(not included in the list of symptoms we fix) which was not discussed
with one of our team members prior to sending in the module, a $19.00
non-refundable bench fee will be held.
What if you receive my board in working condition and it passes your tests? If we receive your module(s) in
working condition, a refund minus a non-refundable bench fee of $19
will be incurred along with return shipping fees.
