At Natural Pack, we offer free standard shipping on all orders. All orders placed and paid for by 2pm on Monday-Friday, will be dispatched the same day, but please be aware our standard shipping and courier services do not deliver on a Saturday. Only Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivers on a Saturday but this is not a guaranteed service. Our warehouse does not dispatch orders over the weekend or on bank holidays. Orders placed over the weekend or bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

Standard Free Delivery

Our standard delivery service is sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 services which should arrive with you within 3 – 5 working days.

Expedited Delivery

We also offer expedited shipping for a small supplement with either via Royal Mail Tracked 24 services which should arrive with you within 1 – 3 working days (Monday-Saturday deliveries, no signature required) or our courier service next working day (Monday-Friday, signature required).

3. Delivery

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address at the time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. The delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped.

Once you have placed an order, if we are unable to ship any part of it, we may at our sole discretion, either send you part of the order that is in stock or remove the item(s) from your order and provide you with a refund for the non-delivered items, or offer an alternative substituted product which you can accept or not depending on its suitability for you.

Whilst we endeavour to despatch all orders that are completed before 3pm each working day (Monday-Friday), we are reliant on our carriers to provide the service we pay for. Our standard Free shipping uses Royal Mail Tracked 48 which can take 3 – 5 working days to arrive after the day of despatch, or longer during busy periods like Christmas & Bank Holidays. Please allow enough time when ordering, for you to receive your package by your required date. Our expedited delivery service (at an additional cost) uses a courier next working day (Monday-Friday) only. We cannot offer delivery over the weekend. Any expedited shipping selections are next working day and require a signature.

All deliveries are estimated dates only and not guaranteed and are subject to our carriers terms and conditions.

We cannot ship to Europe or other worldwide destinations, we can only deliver to the United Kingdom at this current time.

Lost & Missing items

In order to confirm that an order shipped via post has indeed been lost, Royal Mail insist we wait 15 working days (3 weeks) before making an insurance claim. Most lost items are located within the postal system within this period of time but we always recommend you track your parcel online and contact the local delivery office to see if the parcel is ready and waiting for you. Please contact us should your parcel be lost or missing and we will do our very best to help you receive your parcel.

If your item(s) are returned back to us for whatever reason, we can resend the items back to you, subject to a redelivery charge. We are unable to refund actual delivery costs.

Express Delivery

We use a courier delivery service for Express delivery. All orders must be placed no later than 1:30pm (only applies to orders placed Mon – Fri) for next business day delivery (If we physically cannot despatch the same day then we promise we will move your order to the front of line for the following day’s despatch). Delivery for courier delivery is only available on Monday to Friday to Mainland UK addresses and will require a signature upon receipt of the package.

Deliveries to the Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands can be arranged but they will be delivered on a two working day service.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods the following business day, we cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries by our carriers.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Return of unwanted items - Cooling off period

It is your responsibility to contact Natural Health Ltd by Ebay message centre to advise us of your intention to return or exchange any item(s) within 14 working days of receipt of them, providing the items are unused, unopened and in a re-sellable condition. After this date, it falls solely within the discretion of Natural Health Ltd if a return or exchange will be accepted. Once notified, all items should be received at Natural Health Ltd within 30 days from the date of delivery for this condition to apply. Please note that, once opened and or used, products cannot be returned to us unless the product is faulty or broken. In addition products of a medicinal, cosmetic or personal nature cannot be returned due to reasons of hygiene. We will not refund your order unless the item(s) are in saleable condition upon return. You will be liable for the cost of returning items to us. We highly recommend that items are returned via a Recorded Delivery/Tracked service as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in the post. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit.

Once notified, all items should be received at Natural Health Ltd within 30 days from the date of delivery for this condition to apply.

You must return items to Natural Health Ltd by using the returns and exchanges procedure.

Return of faulty or damaged items

Please contact our Customer Services team immediately by sending us a message through your order with us. To help us process returning goods/damaged items, we would be grateful if you could supply details of your order number, name, date of order and goods return authorisation code (provided by customer services). If the item is returned without a goods return authorisation code we will be unable to offer an exchange. We highly recommend that items are returned via a Recorded Delivery/Tracked service as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in the post. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit. Natural Health Ltd will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to recover our fees and expenses from you.

Please note that, once opened and or used, products cannot be returned to us unless the product is faulty or broken. In addition, products of a medicinal, cosmetic or personal nature cannot be returned due to reasons of hygiene.

All returns are evaluated before being processed.

Damages In Transit

If you notice any damaged to your package, you should refuse delivery and notify of this within 2 working days. If you are unaware of the damage in transit, the 14 day period still applies however once this has expired, any return is solely within Natural Health Ltd’s discretion.

It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit. We will not issue a return or exchange unless the item(s) are in a saleable condition upon return.

You may return damaged or faulty item(s) within 30 days of receipt of them. If an item is later deemed to be faulty, normal warranty conditions for that product apply. It is the recipient's responsibility to incur all costs and to follow warranty instructions as stated on the product warranty card as specified by the manufacturer.

Once we receive the returned items at our warehouse, you should allow a further 14 days for a replacement to be re-sent.

Failed Deliveries

If you are not available to receive your items and they are returned to us we may charge a restocking fee if you decide not to have the items re-delivered.

Unauthorised Returns

If you return an item without prior approval and an authorisation code, we will be unable to process your return and no refund or replacement will be provided. Unauthorised returns will be destroyed.

Refunds

Any refunds due back to you, will be refunded via the same means of payment as when the order was placed and by no other methods, i.e. if you paid using Paypal, your refund would be back to your Paypal account.

The trademarks, names, logos and service marks (collectively "trademarks") displayed on this ebay site are registered and unregistered trademarks of the Ebay site Owner, suppliers, manufacturers and partners of the owner.
