Instructions

30ml Bottle & Brush

  1. Prepare – Wash the area thoroughly. Remove dirt, grease and wax. Dry completely.
  2. Shake – Shake vigorously for 1–2 minutes.
  3. Test – Test the colour on a hidden area first and allow it to dry.
  4. Apply – Use the supplied brush. Apply thin coats only. Start in the centre of the damage and work outwards.
  5. Dry – Allow approximately 20–30 minutes between coats.
  6. Build Up – Apply multiple thin coats until the repair is level.
  7. Finish – Leave for approximately 24 hours before polishing or applying clear lacquer if required.

20ml Touch Up Pen

  1. Prepare – Clean and dry the damaged area.
  2. Shake – Shake well for 1–2 minutes.
  3. Prime – Press the pen tip onto card until paint begins to flow.
  4. Apply – Carefully apply paint using light pressure over the damaged area.
  5. Dry – Allow each coat to dry before applying additional coats if required.
  6. Finish – Allow to cure for 24 hours before polishing or applying lacquer.

400ml Aerosol Spray

  1. Preparation – Clean and degrease the surface. Sand smooth where required. Prime bare metal or plastic.
  2. Shake – Shake the can vigorously for 2–3 minutes.
  3. Test Spray – Test spray onto card before use.
  4. Apply – Hold can 20–25cm from the surface. Apply several light coats. Keep the can moving. Overlap each pass by approx. 50%.
  5. Dry – Allow 10–15 minutes between coats.
  6. Finish – Apply a compatible clear coat where required for maximum gloss and protection.

  • Vehicle paint may fade over time due to age and weathering.
  • Minor variations can occur due to previous repairs or paint fade.
