Sleeve and cover also in Near Mint condition.  Record has never been played.

Album cover autographed by Jim Boyd, who was vocal and rhythm guitar for the band.  Also signed by Johnny Strawn, Jerry Elliott, and Bill Simmons. Clear signatures makes this a nice collection piece.
