This is a vintage Shooter, Western style vest made of denim and faux leather.  Others like it on eBay say these are made of leather and the only reason I know they aren't is the label.  See 6th photo. It looks and feels like leather. The denim must be cotton and the "leather" is polyester PVC and polyurethane.  It has a Western reverse applique and front pockets.  The size is a man's Small which would be a women's Medium.  The chest/bust is about 38" an the waist is about 1/2" smaller.  I bought this at a crafts fair, perhaps 25 or 30 years ago and wore it a couple of times.  Then I grew too large to wear it so it is still in almost new condition.
