We received this crank as is from a shop that closed years ago. Given the missing paint where a pedal would meet the crank, but the minimal scratches/nicks in the paint and missing letters, plus no apparent wear in the sprocket teeth valleys, we believe this was taken off a bike before the bike was sold. Note this was made to fit an ISIS spindle, and includes the self-extracting bolt assembly, 1/8" 36 tooth sprocket, and bash guard.

Feel free to ask any questions. Thanks for looking!
