These are by Performance Springs and are a Performance upgrade spring for the Suzuki G13B 4V Engine.   

These install with 65Lbs seated tension and 155Lbs open at 12.9mm Max lift. These can be shimmed to give an extra 15Lbs seated and open tension but the max lift comes back to 12mm.
