Vintage Belgian Needle Lace Souvenir professionally and ornately matted and framed behind glass.  The oak frame measures 13.5 by 7.5", about 1" thick with hanging bracket and wall bumpers attached. Weighs 1 lb. 5.6 oz.

The backing paper has a tear as shown.  No other damage or wear noted.
