- Please allow 2 business handling days for shipments after payment received. (Not including weekends)
- Orders will not shipped on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.
- Please allow 5~10 days for delivery. Most areas in the US are within 5 days.
- Delivery dates are not guarenteed. Transit times vary and depend on the carriers, we are not help responsible for delays caused by the carriers.
- PayPal (accept eCheck), PayPal Credit, Credit card or debit card are acceptable, or CONTACT US for company check or bank wire options.
- Payment is due in 2 business days. Most items will ship within 1 to 3 business days after payment is cleared.
- Sales tax is charged on all items ship to a California address or pick up from a local warehouse, also some states' tax may be required based on suppliers' locations.
- Returns will be accepted if item is in 100% NEW condition with ORIGINAL package and received within 14 days.
- All used/refurbished items are not returnable. Minimal scratches or dents that not causing functional defective do not consider as damage.
- Please note that all returns must be pre-approved by us before sending them back, manufacturer might have local service for repair on damaged or defective items.
- A 20% restocking fee will be deducted, prepaid shipping fee is NOT refundable (even on free shipping items), unless we sent out the wrong items.
- Return items must ship back to original shipper with buyer's prepaid freight, shipping damage or factory defect will be inspected before refund
