Hopefully advanced collectors of this series will understand what I am saying.

  In the Mid-1990's when Timor were invaded by Indonesia. When they break into the central bank. Some of these notes in high grade were find however they are all of the last signature. Most of the earlier signature are of VF or less condition. 

  Until this happen this note is consider to be very rare. The note on offer is not one of them find in the Central Bank. I collected the note back in the late 1980's along with some rare Macau note. Let's see anyone appreciate this very rare note.  Thanks
