This item is a vintage card of 12 clear glass buttons from Le Bouton. I dont know the exact age but the card price of 29c for 12 glass buttons dates it to somewhere mid 20th century.  They are a pretty design with self shanks. They are new and have never been off the store card. The card itself has a lot of wear, stains, etc.  The information on the card about the buttons reads:

GUARANTEED WASHABLE 6010 - 18 (7/16) 12 ON CRYSTAL 102.

The card measures 3 3/4 x 2 1/2.
