It is brand new/sealed but the candy is **WAY PAST THE EXPIRATION DATE and should NOT be consumed under any circumstance!** Since this is sold as a collector's item, we cannot accept returns for ANY reason if opened. This was placed on store counters and the ladders were sold individually to customers so there are 24 ladders inside the box. The box is about 7.5 in tall and 5.5 in wide.
