SALE is for an Adorable American Girl Mini.s Illuma-Room Shoe & Handbag Petite Boutique Set. This item is gently used and in very, very good condition, new and near new with several set's in their original boxes.

Boutique Decor Set
The decor set includes a pretend tin ceiling with crown molding, a sparkly linoleum floor with baseboard trim, three reversible wall panels, a door with handle, bell, and mirrors, and an open/closed sign.
Shop Fixtures
Includes cash register on lighted stand, five magnetic display cubes, four shopping bags, four wall hooks, and a working ceiling light fixture.
Display Shelves
Includes Lighted storefront window with reversible scene, bench with reversible cushion, two reversible wall shelves, three-tiered display stand, six reversible signs and a partial sheet of sale stickers.

Shipping
Shipping: occurs usually 1-7 days after payment is received and cleared. For very large shippments and multi box it can be up to 6 days. I ship most items through the US postal service or Fed-ex domestically. For more delicate items I prefer to ship Fed-ex. I charge actual shipping, plus a small Auctiva insurance fee. I only charge for packing materials for large or very delicate items as stated in listings.
International Shipping: I do ship most items internationally. I will ship items with a boxed weight of less than 4 lbs. and 64 combined inches USPS First Class International to countries where allowed. For heavier or larger package I will offer USPS Priority or Global up to their maximum size and weight.
Buyers are responsible for all import fees, tariffs, Taxes ETC. as I cannot see them or include them at my end.
For insurance claims ALL PACKING MATERIALS and the items shipped MUST BE RETAINED AND PHOTOGRAPHED, to file a claim, so in order to receive a reimbursement for shipping damages I also require packing materials and boxes be retained. Occasionally the insurance company will reclaim the entire item.
Terms of Sale
Please read the description carefully. Vintage items by their very nature will have some wear. Please feel free to ask questions. There are no warranties expressed or implied although I will almost always accept returns for the purchase price.
I try to be as accurate as possible when describing flaws and condition. Items will have minor imperfections intrinsic to the piece and wear consistent with age and use. I try to describe appearance and condition as carefully as possible but of course no one if perfect. Please feel free to email any questions or ask for clarification. I describe the items to the best of my knowledge. Contact me if you have any problem with an order you receive before leaving feedback. I strive for %100 feedback rating and try to quickly resolve any issues as they arise. I do insure virtually all packages.
If you decide to leave negative feedback before contacting me or opening a case, I will have less options in helping you as per eBay protocol. I reserve the right to cancel bids from bidders with private or negative feedback.
