Items are shipped in a heavy cardboard mailer that the post office considers a parcel and charges at a higher rate.  However, this protects the item during transit and allows us to get a tracking number, so we can find your item should it get misdirected in transit.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.  Please note:  Buyer pays return shipping.
