This item is an unopened packet containing a card with a red enamel lapel pin in the shape of a red dress. The card identifies this as the American Heart Association Go Red For Women promotion to promote awareness of heart disease in women. Heart disease is the #1 killer of women.  The promotion was also sponsored by Macy's and Pfizer. The packet is unopened and the pin is unused. It is dated 2003. The pin is about 3/4" x 1/2".
