Condition is very good. Some light scuffing near the entrance and the cigar holder looks to be added as a secondary mold of clay. See pictures.
This does not appear to have been used, but sat on a shelf for decoration. The hole in the side should smoke like a fire when you put your lit cigar in the structure.
