• This air solenoid valve is normally closed which means that air will not travel to your air circuit until you switch power to the solenoid. Once you switch on the solenoid, air will pass through the solenoid into the air circuit

The Rapid Dump air suspension dump valve offers a simple method for quick dumping of your truck or trailer air suspension pressure.

1. Install the Rapid Dump valve between the leveling valve and the air springs
2. Connect the output from the leveling valve to the supply port on Rapid Dump
3. Connect the 2 delivery ports on Rapid Dump to the air springs (plug one delivery port, if necessary)
4. Connect the Rapid Dump pilot port to the CYL port on the included electric solenoid and wire the solenoid to a toggle switch (Not Included) inside the cab
5. Connect supply air to the IN port on the solenoid

When you switch on the pilot air in the the cab, Rapid Dump's supply port will close and the delivery pressure will be released to the atmosphere. Release the pilot pressure and Rapid Dump's supply port will reopen allowing air pressure from the leveling valve to travel to the air springs
