Rare Antique Stewart Phonograph Record Player Parts. Incomplete.

Being sold for parts or repair, when I attempted to crank I didn’t really feel any tension or a busted spring either, however after removing the crank the center shaft started rotating, not sure what that really means. Wood grain paint over metal, shows some wear and loss. Please view all twelve photos to help judge condition. Base diameter about 11”.
