Complete lower mid grade to lower grade copy. Edge and corner wear. Cover creasing. Cover tearing. Spine split at top 1" and bottom approx  1/2" . Some other cover tearing. Top staple is popped.  Bottom staple is holding but there is some tearing at staple.  Other edge tearing.  Front cover presents much better than the back cover. Back cover is a bit rough. Nice pages but some interior spotting and oxidation.
