If you are experiencing oil leaks above the transmission or near the cooler housing where the oil filter is then you may have a problem with your oil filter housing adapter.

This is common issue on models with these engine as the oil cooler housing was revised in year 2014 from metal to a plastic construction. The oil filter housing can easily be located above the engine and can be accessed by removing the intake manifold.
