This auction is for an individual playing card or swap card (not decks). These are very popular with scrapbooking, collage, card making and of course collecting. 

I was 7 years old when I first started collecting swap cards and have built up a lovely collection and I’m always on the lookout for more. Originally, I collected the blank backs popular in the 1970’s that were purchased in toy shops and G J Coles stores and Myer. The concept had started when every pack of playing cards would have 2 spares that you could use if you lost a card and jokers were popular as ‘swaps’ too. This was a change from the footy cards we had been collecting, although I wish I had kept those too!

I am now selling some individual cards and sets for you to top up your own collections, these are mostly from playing card sets but if they have blank backs I will mention in the listing.
