It has been thoroughly inspected and shows no signs of damage.

All electrical components seem to be accounted for on the card, nothing seems to be missing, even under close examination.

The card was tested on multiple PC’s and even right after a gtx 980 was in a PC.

And still, only the fan spins, and the PC will not boot or display.
