Natural Charcoal

Natural charcoal lights quickly and will burn at a steady controlled rate in the PG&C.

Temperature Control

The Air Inlet and Exhaust can both be adjusted to achieve the perfect grilling temperature.

Adjusting the Charcoal Burner

The PG&C is the only grill to offer so much range from the heat source to the food being cooked;

The charcoal burner has 5 positions. This allows unprecedented choice and control, ranging from searing, intense radiant heat of 650F to humid, convection heat under 200F, sustainable for many hours.  The upper positions are used for frying and grilling foods, while the lower positions are used for slower cooking.

Setting the Cooking Grid

There are two cooking grid positions: Flush or Recessed.

Flushed will provide a 7” clearance from the surface of the grid to the inside of the grilling lid. The recessed position will provide an 11” clearance.

Maintenance

Natural lump charcoal produces little ash in the PG&C, after about 10 meals (will vary), use the

“L” tool provided to rake ash out.  Use a common wire type BBQ brush to clean the food grate

before cooking. With the side shelf included, the cutting board is designed to pop out and go into

a dishwasher for cleaning.

Warranties - We are a distribution center only; we do not install or service barbecues. After the initial purchase, any service or installation needs would be handled at the local level. For warranty service & replacement parts please reference the guidelines in the owner’s manual.

All shipments must be inspected for damage at the time of delivery. If you find damage to your product, please refuse your shipment & notate the Bill of Lading, notify the driver, and contact us within 24 hours of the delivery. Failure to identify ANY damage at delivery is expecting responsibility for the delivery.
