Transmission service kit /gasket must be installed at time of installation. This process must be followed for the transmission to be warranted.
Mechanical items are supplied with a warranty card, this is to be fill out and return to Paradise Auto Parts.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
A. GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. Paradise Auto Parts offer standard 3 months parts-only warranty, or optional full parts and labour warranty (at an additional surcharge) on used mechanical parts for a period of 6 month/10,000km and also 12 months/20,000km from the purchase date.
2. Limit of liability does not exceed the original purchase price.
3. Paradise Auto Parts will supply any components deemed to have caused an issue to rectify any authorised claims and reserve the right to supply used components in certain circumstances. Cost of oil, lubricants, filters and gases are specifically excluded from any warranty claim.
4. All claims must be made to the Paradise Auto Parts outlet where goods were purchased accompanied with this official receipt. All repairs effected without Paradise Auto Parts written consent will be responsibility of the customer.
5. Warranty void if parts are dismantled or tampered with. Items returned under warranty must be complete as sold.
6. Goods not required must be returned within 7 days (at purchaser's expense). Prior to return a return merchandise authorization (RMA) must be obtained from the seller. SPECIFICALLY PROCURED AND ORDERED GOODS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
7. Incorrectly supplied or faulty goods must be returned within 7 days (at Paradise Auto Parts expense). Paradise Auto Parts reserves the right to use the freight company of their choice. Prior to return a return merchandise authorization (RMA) must be obtained from the seller.
8. Paradise Auto Parts will not be responsible for any consequential loss or damage, loss of income, or damage/downtime because of the failure of the part sold.
B. MAJOR MECHANICAL ITEMS ENGINE, GEARBOXES, DIFFERENTIALS
1. Labour costs will not be met unless prior arrangements have been made with Paradise Auto Parts.
2. Engines are sold as long bare. Accessories and manifolds, if fitted, are not guaranteed to be correct for your model. Closely examine them before installation and swap parts from your original engine where necessary.
3. Paradise Auto Parts will not recognise any warranty claim where any failure or defect is caused by:
I. Insufficient or incorrect oil and/or lubricants.
II. Overheating and/or heat tab missing.
III. Misuse, overloading, accidents or negligence.
IV. Failure to carry out proper maintenance.
V. Unauthorised repairs. Alterations or dismantling.
VI. Improper application or installation.
NOTE: In the event of any preliminary signs of malfunction it is the customer's responsibility to cease operation and to report the problem to the warranty officer at the outlet of purchase. Failure to comply with this condition may result in more serious consequential damage and void any warranty entitlement. All motors sold by Paradise Auto Parts with standard warranty are guaranteed against defective materials or workmanship for a period of three months from date of invoice. Extended warranties are available at additional cost and if purchased will be noted on the invoice. 3 months parts warranty does not include any labour costs associated with part replacement. Parts are not quarantined against failure or damage arising from faulty or incorrect fitting, incorrect application, damage caused by the failure of other components or equipment of any damage caused by any means over which Paradise Auto Parts did not have control. Transport is not covered.
4. In the event of any claim being declined, Paradise Auto Parts reserves the right to recover out-of-pocket expenses incurred in transporting, dismantling and inspection, such costs to be reimbursed by the customer prior to redelivery of the unit.
5. In the event of any dispute, a mutually acceptable third-party opinion is to be obtained to adjudicate on claims.
6. Paradise Auto Parts cannot be held responsible for any implied or verbal representations.
7. Fitting requirements to ensure warranty:
I. Cooling system must be cleaned and serviced.
II. Thermostat & radiator hoses must be checked and replaced if necessary.
III. Diesel engine fits need to service injectors and injector pumps. (No warranty will apply to engines that have damage caused by faulty injectors and/or pumps).
IV. All oil seals must be checked and replaced if necessary.
V. The use of after-market ECU (computer) voids warranty.
VI. Turbo units are guaranteed to work on start up only.
