My parents had this hanging in their 'smokefree' livingroom for as

long as I can remember. I've had it in my smokefree house for over 20 years

I recently was watching old home movies and I saw it hanging in the background in same frame when 

my nephew was just learning to walk and he just turned 51 so I know this is an older print

It has some wear, it looks like the border around the print on the bottom has some marks, I tried

to get close-ups for you to see. Sorry about the glare BUT overall pretty good condition

The glass needs some cleaning, I didn't want to clean it too well as I didn't want to get moisture under the glass

The frame has some wear. There is a tear on the corner (See Pictures) 

The frame measures approx. 16 1/2" x 19 1/4"
