The Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump is an oil-sealed rotary displacement pump, the outlet valve is oil-sealed. The inlet valve is designed as a vacuum safety valve that is always open during operation. 2XZ series rotary vane type vacuum pump can be used independently, which also can be used as Booster pump, Diffusion pump, Molecular pump and Titanium pump's pre-pump. Operating principle of rotary vane vacuum pump:
A rotary vane vacuum pump is an oil-sealed rotary displacement pump. The pumping system consists of a housing, an eccentrically installed rotor, vanes that move radially under centrifugal and resilient forces and the inlet and outlet. The inlet valve, if available, is designed as a vacuum safety valve that is always open during operation.

Maintenance
1. Keep the pump clean to prevent debris from entering the pump
2.Maintain oil level
3.lmproper storage, moisture or other functional substances intothe pump to affect the ultimate vacuum, can be opened by the gasvalve, observe the ultimate vacuum recovery, invalid for severalhours,should replace the pump oil.
Oil change method: first open the pump for about 10 minutes tomake the oil thinner, pump stop, drain the oil hole, and then openthe air inlet for 1-2 minutes. During this time, a small amount ofclean pump oil can be slowly added from the suction port. To re-place the pump chamber memory oil.
4.Do not mix diesel, gasoline and other oils with large saturatedvapor pressure to avoid lowering the ultimate vacuum. When re-moving the parts inside the pump, generally gauze can be wiped.When metal debris, sand or other harmful substances must becleaned, they can be scrubbed with gasoline or the like and driedbefore being assembled.
5.lf the pump needs to be disassembled for cleaning or overhaul,the disassembly and assembly steps must be taken to avoiddamage to the machine.
