The front has a keyhole opening with a little bow at the top. It has a elastic waist with a one ruffle bottom. The skort is 3 different colors with raised dots. The attached shorts are a teal/aqua blue color. The matching hair clips are butterflies and there is a multi-colored swirly ponytail holder. This is NWT and a size 3T. It all retails for $69.85.
