Returns are accepted within 30 days. Returns are accepted for refund or exchange.
Only new and unworn items qualify for a full refund. Worn/damaged/not properly packaged returns will be charged restocking fee.
Please be aware of all returned or exchanged underwear items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged,unopened (if comes with a box) with all tags attached.
Due to hygiene concerns we won't accept the underwear items send open box/damaged/worn.
